New York -- June 26, 2012 - --Fitch Ratings has downgraded the following ratings of Bermuda:

--Long-Term Foreign Currency IDR to 'AA' from 'AA+';
--Long-Term Local Currency IDR to 'AA+' from 'AAA'.

On a monthly basis however, the overall price level decreased by 0.7 per cent in March following an increase of 1.6 per cent in February.

On a monthly basis, headline inflation increased by just 0.1 percent in December compared to an increase of 1.2 percent in November.
